E = mgh = 2.25 x 10^6 joules
m = 62 kg (weight of the woman)
g = 9.82 m/s²
So, h
h = 3.69 x 10^3 m
= 24600 stair steps
(c) if the body is only 26% efficient, then
E(mechanical) = 0.26 * 2.25 x 10^6 joules = 585000 joules
h = E(mechanical)/mg = 962.80 m
=>6413.6 stair steps
