Since both the springs are connected in parallel ,

keq = k + k = 2k

Now , the angular velocity (w) is :

w = sqrt(keq/m) = sqrt(2*k/m)

The frequency of the oscillation(f) is :

f = w/2(pi) = (1/2*pi)*sqrt(2k/m)

f = (1/2*pi)*sqrt(2k/m)
