Both natural selection and genetic drift are mechanisium for evolution they both change allele frequency over time. The key distinction is that in genetic drift allele frequency change by chance where are natural selection allele frequency change by diffreential reparoductive.
Genetic drift occurs in all population of non infinte size but its effect are stronger in small population.
Natural selection occur by nature which caused cange in large population and change is not reversible..
