Establishing the violation of human rights as a crime and developing a legal process for punishing those responsible for violating human rights regardless of their power position (heads of government, representatives of the state protected by (diplomatic) immunity means that global governance has accomplished a significant goal…

CON: Global justice is not an end in itself. It is a means to make global governance better, together with other instruments for the protection of individuals from power. The fact that we need a global court, and that not all countries are members, indicates that global governance has failed to build adequate instruments for the prevention of crimes, and for replacing conflict and war with cooperation and development…

Answer:
Global justice is a good example of governance globally. It established that it is a crime to violate human rights. and It developed legal procedure to punish human rights violation regardless of their position like government heads,beurocrates,politicians,businessman,organization,states representatives.
But Global Justice itself is not an end. Because the main task of it is to make governance better globally. It acts with other instruments and it is dependent on them to make enhance the level of global governance. Because all countries are not members of the global governance it is very difficult to protect of individual from discrimination and human right violation.
