Net Torque = 0
Torque = r*F
Clockwise Torque = CounterClockwise Torque
Weight held*distance from elbow = Force of muscle*distance of muscle from elbow

F = (2.76*9.81*30.32*10^-2)/(0.0468*cos 26 deg)
