Explanation / Answer

Ans

Chi squire text done to know the significant level of eperimental or obtained value verses expected value.

For each of your calculated value of X i.e called chi-suire value get the P value from Table i.e called level of significane.

In this data sheet the values were obtained after calculation i.e

Chi Squire Value calculation-

To calculate the chi square statistic x2 by completing the following steps:

1.    For each observed number in the table subtract the corresponding expected number (O — E).

2.    Square the difference [(O —E)2 ].

Divide the squares obtained for each cell in the table by the expected number for that cell [(O - E)2 / E ].

From the Chi-squire table , get the degree of freedom i.e n-1, where n is the different types of samples.

if you get P value less than 0.05 or less than that it is called singificant that means your data is accepted at 5% singificant level.

If the P value is greater than 0.05 i.e not singificant that means nul-hypothesis is being rejected.

In summary-

A chi-squared test, also written as 2 test, is any statistical hypothesis test where the sampling distribution of the test statistic is a chi-squareddistribution when the null hypothesis is true.

A chi-squared test can be used to attempt rejection of thenull hypothesis that the data are independent.
