Excel 2010 If Statement

Excel 2010

The Spread sheet has over 264,000 rows of data. Its data by the minute for 6 months.

Two of the columns are:

Time - Hour and minute of the day

Rolling Three Hour Average - The average of the next three hours of data.

EXAMPLE:

Cell L9 = 2:59 AM Time of Day in Hours and Minutes

Cell N9 = 1599

Cell O9 = Should Equal 1599 based on the outcome of the If Statement.

I need to use an IF statement to populate a cell with the "Rolling Three Hour Average" if the "Time" is equal to the following times.

2:59

5:59

8:59

11:;59

14:59

17:59

20:59

23:59

The formula below works if I want to type in each formula manually.

=+IF([@Time]=TIME(2,59,0),N181,0)

The formula below doesn't give me an error but puts false in every cell.

=IF([@Time]=TIME(2,59,0),IF([@Time]=TIME(5,59,0),IF([@Time]=TIME(8,59,0),[@[Rolling Three Hour Average]],0)))
