When his toe is burnt , Jack's hamstring muscle and quadracep muscles act simultaneously and causes Jack's Hamstring muscle to contract and quadracep muscle to relax. GABA is the neurotransmitter released for relaxation during an organ or tissue damage. So, when his toe is damaged instantly GABA is released for relaxing of muscle fibres.
