However, it appears that the system remedies its elf after a few months. What could be causing the problem and what solutions would you recommend to fix the problem? This happens because of the thermal expansion of the bonet and relaxation of spring when it is heated above ambient temperature.

In initial stages the valve is set for the ambient temperature settings. so the pressure valve is releasing the low pressure steam out, after some working hours due to the thermal explansion of bonet and spring relaxation the valve is coming to required setting.

Remedy: first set the setting pressure of the valve for the ambient temperatures then after some working hours change the valve setting pressure to working temperature settings.
