The graph you have generated is correct to detect the similarities or differences between treatment.

The 95% confidence interval explains that the difference between the two treatments will have that limit. So in that if the interval contains zero then that implies that the difference is zero with 95% confidence. That means the treatments are no longer different .

Here we can see that two lines intersecting zero line. So we can say that this two differences are insignicant difference where as other are deviated from zero so other treatment are significant differences.
