proper time for B's trip can be measured only in frame of B
width of both the saucer can be measured by any of the planets since relavity doesnot have an effect the width, it only effects the length i.e. changes dimension of body in the direction of its motion only
exact distance between the planet can be measured in rest frame of either of the saucers . because proper time will give the proper length.
