A- source b = 10. Because source B should not equal to 10 to run the output.

B- souce b should be less than 4 and it should be greater than 0 to run ttheoutput at 1,2 and 3. Hence 4 and 0 answer.

C- 9 and 5. Because here it can be less than or equal to 9. In the previous question it was less than so we had taken less than 4 but in this question it is less than or equal to. Here we need values between 5 to 9. So the bigger value should be less thAn or equal to 9. And the least value can be greater than or equal to 5. Hence 9 and 5 answer. Hence in first box LEQ put 9 and in GEQ put 5.
