Ans. A).When we wake up at the morning, glucogon is sectred from the alpha pancreatic cells to maintain glucose level in body. Glucagon is secreted during the sleep and between the meals. It is a hyperglycemic enzyme, that increases glucose level in the blood by promoting gluconeogenesis.

B). After taking donuts, blood sugar (glucose) level will increase. To maintain the glucose level in blood, beta pancreatic cells release insulin. Insulin promotes synthesis of glucose-6-phosphate and glycogen from glucose and decreases sugar level of blood.
