=9.058*10^-6 m^3/s
so,
(0.9)^2 * v = d^2*u
also,
(pi*(0.5*0.9*10^-2)^2)*v=9.058*10^-6
applying bernouli's theorem,
0.5*1000*v^2 +1000*9.8*0.13=0.5*1000*u^2
solving, we get d=0.2683 cm
