Requirements: Your program should enable the user to enter a number between 0 and 999, and then display: 1- The number in binary format 2- The number in hexadecimal format 3- The number in Roman format Example: Please enter a number between 0 and 999: 786 1- The number in binary format is: 1100010010 2- The number in hexadecimal format is: 312 3- The number in Roman format is: DCCLXXXVI
