11-the formula is wavelength=medium speed / frequency
a- we have f=10Khz v=2*108
so wavelength = 2*108/10*1000 = 2*105 m

b-wavelength = 0.5 speed is 2.5*108
so frequency = 2*108 / 0.5 = 4*108 hz = 4*105 KHz

c-f= 10MHz wavelength=30m
medium speed = 10*106 * 30= 30* 107 m/s.

Q12- we have a transmission bit rate of 128 kbps and file size is 1.5 Mbytes time to transmit this file
file size= 1.5 Mbytes which is eqaul to 1.5*8*1024 kb = 1536 kb
time= size/transmission rate = 12288/128 = 96 sec.
