5. This is really a conflicting situation in one's professional life. In one bank of the river better opportunity is waiting and in other bank the professional ethics restricting us to opt that better opportunity. But every point of time we should value our professional and personal ethics. So, what we need do first is to keep our word to the first employer. We should follow the norms of first employer before leaving them. We should serve the notice period mentioned by the first employer and after completing all the exit process step we can leave. Most common conflicting obligation is the new employer's joining date scheduled before the last working day of the first employer. In this case, we need to talk with both the employers and need to reach in a solution that is mutually profitable for us and for the employers too.

Modern life and technology are taking us to a more comfortable and easy life where we can make our redundant things to be done by machines and save our time that can be utilized to give more priority to the things that actually matter to us. Computer and information engineers can improve our life by automating redundant tasks. Twentieth Century is the era of massive technological progress. Technolgy gives us flexibility and eases our life. Previously one task that could be done in few weeks now with the help of technology that can be done in few seconds. This speed up has merits and demerits . Beside making our life easy, it also makes us impatient and lonely. Our smartphones and laptops now become our world that degrades human cognition too. So, Its our responsibility to welcome the change with sheer carefulness.
