a) Electric field= 2E1cos30+E2
where E1 is electric field due to +ve charge and E2 is electric field due to -ve charge.
Vertical components cancel and horizontal component is E1cos30
Electric Field= 9*10^9[3^(1/2)*3*(10^-9)/((4.12^2)*10^-4)-(2*10^-9/(4.12^2*10^-4))]
=2.755*10^4-1.06*10^4=1.69*(10^4) N/C
b)Force= qE=-5.3*10^-9*1.69*10^4= -8.957*10^(-5) N
