Upon starting a new position in a company, you have been assigned to work on a project that requires you to analyze an electrical network. Generally at the time of joining the contract we sign with most of the companies consists of a cluase which states that trying to recruit any current employees to any other company is an offense. So the above situation comes under this clause and the supervisor could be punished according to this. However we can stay calm and tell him we are not interested if it's the first time he is trying to persuade us. If this continues we will have no other option than to report to the management . We should not show any interest in the offer at any cost because this may be used against us and it will result in us loosing our job. So we have to be very careful in such situations .
