At one instant, both spaceships happen to be the same distance from the Earth and they fire a laser at the Earth. The light from which laser reaches the Earth first according to an observer on Earth? The light from the spaceship moving toward the Earth arrives first. The light from the spaceship moving away from the Earth arrives first. The light from the two ships arrives at the same time. The observer has no way to determine which light reaches the Earth first.

distance travelled by two lasers is same. since the laser speed is equal to the speed of light, both lasers arrives at same time.
