a) The large feature that is labelled with the question mark is called '' Wadi ''.

b) Wadi is an Arabic word refering as ' Valley' but in some other cases like here it refers the Valleys which contain dry river bed (Shown in the Image) where water remains only during times of heavy rain.Wadi is developed mainly in flat parts of deserts often bounded by mountains commonly they begin on the distal portion of the fans.

c) The streams that occurs in this region is called '' Intermittent '' stream means seasonal streams which flows occasionally or part of the year.

d) Catastropic flash flood after seasonal heavy rainfall or the subsurface water after storm is the main source of water for the agricultural area of this image.
