Pt history:

44 years old female

Epigastric radiating to back pain x 2, lasts several hours

Last episode 2 days ago

Presents with anorexia and persistent RUQ tenderness on physical exam

Not feverish, normal WBCSagittal Gallbladder

MY guess is that the patient has a large gallstone.. but it appears that there is a lot more going on...
