NOW HR DEPARTMENT DO NOT NEED TO MAINTAIN THE REGISTER AND OTHER RECORDS RELATED TO EMPLOYEES ABSENT OR PRESENT. IT IS NOW CAN BE COMPILED WITH THE HELP CHIPS INSERTED IN BIO METRIC MACHINE AND DATA CAN DIETCLY BE TRANSFERED TO PAYROLL DEPARTMENT FOR SALARY FIXATION.
MAJOR ADVANTAGE OF THIS SYSTEM IS THAT TIME HAS REDUCED A LOT TO PREPARING AND MAINTAING THE RECORDS AND COST OF OPERTING ALL THESE ACTIVITIES HAS RECUDED, CHANCES OF HUMAN ERRORS HAS REDUCED AND TIMELY RECORDS CAN BE PREPARED
