As the entire staff is under the psychological traume following the disaster they have to be motivated by indulging them with training ,counscelling classes if needed to face a disaster if that happens in in future too.

-Catagorize the staff as per vulnerability as an otcome of the disaster

-Make availability of a set up (a temporary refugee centre)for the stay of staffs who are exceeding the number and get the hospital free of the staff

- Start making up the hospital sorrounding like previous by providing maintenance staff for the work

-After everything settled, practice periodical mock drills to resolve the problem in future

-Make use of the available staff power wisely to regain tjhe previous status of the hospital
