My experience:

As a part of active listening can able to know the content what the client want to share while active listening we can able to know the some events, situations which is not shared by anyone else. Through some guestures, postures we can know the what the client is suppose to say, so I can learn some of the things through the client that is how to share the information in non verbal communication.

Friend experience:

As a part of the active listening the friend could able to know the active listening, how to share the information from one person to the another person through different techniques. So the friend can able to manage him or herself critical situation.
