Ms 2007 is immensely useful because it enhances the work environment. For example, Word can be used to easily create documents to communicate information with others in an efficient manner. Before, such documents would have required significant amount of time to be created using a typewriter or by handwriting it. Also, changes could not be made to these documents without recreating the whole document. In addition, it allows us to send these documents via email or fax, instead of mail. Then there's MS Powerpoint, which allows us to present information with ease. We do not need to rely on handwritten slides and projectors. Powerpoint allows us to transport our information easily and quickly. It is very efficient in marketing, business, and medical research.
