Question
This memo is wordy. Use the principles we've talked about to make this more to the point. To: Business Division Employees From: Suzy Smith Re: Contributions It has been recently brought to my attention that only a small percentage of employees are contributors to the Midway College Building Construction fund supported by the Board of Directors. This fund is the source of money for the amelioration of campus facilities and development and for facilities emergencies which happen from time to time It is hoped by this division chair and administration that motivation will be offered by each of you in supporting this worthwhile endeavor. It is understood that no employee or person should be forced to make a contribution to this fund. However, since we believe that a true desire to see improvement in their college campus's physical surroundings exists amongst the entire staff and faculty, we are certain that we need not resort to inappropriate persuasion methods to garner support. You may make a donation by completing the blue form that was previously placed in your mailbox, by signing up with Joan at the desk in the library or by contacting fund raising personnel or payroll. Thank you for your generosity in supporting this valuable causeExplanation / Answer

Re: Contributions
As we already know that for the development and betterment of our college, we need to invest more capital. We also believe that the faculties also want to see improvement in the facilities but the participation by the staff members is quite less in this fund raising. None of the employee is forced to take part but we hope for a good participation for this great cause. The donation can be done by filling a blue form that has already been mailed and by signing up with Joan or by contacting fund raising personnel.
