1) FLUID VOLUME EXCESS related to chronic renal failure manifested by weight gain and edema.

A patient suffering from chronic renal failure is always at risk of increased fluid volume in body. Such excess fluid results in increased cardiac workload. To manage this hemodialysis is recommended. Restriction of fluid intake, daily monitoring of weight gain will help manage this condition.

2) IMBALANCED NUTRITION: LESS THAN BODY REQUIREMENT related to diseased condition manifested by altered glucose metabolism.

Clients suffering from renal failure tend to develop anorexia that results in inadequate nutrition and reduces the nutrient stores of the body. Adequate renal diet, multivitamin, Sevelamer tablets can manage the stated condition.
