For an organization that you are familiar with, discuss how the sophistication of the organization’s accounting information system impacts the accounting data and output and how the requirements for the accounting outputs impact the design of the accounting information system.

Information system is required for decision making & problem solving . For this you need informaion . Besides you may need infromantion system to support your daily activities like for electroninc commerce etc. To be successful you need to apply fundamentals of informaion to suceed.

Data is a raw material entered and manipulated to get infroamtion out of it. Data is collected from the transaction undertaken .Output is the infomration a system provides and displays in the format most useful to an orgainsation.

More sophisticated information system produce more accurate outputs than the manual system. This is so becuase they consisitently program data. Besides their is mathematical accuracy which saves time and energy.Thus the use of sophisticated information system result in increased accuracy , efficiency and reduced costs.

The business requirement does impact the designing of management information systme .One can design work steps to capture data in a way that is consisten with the deisred content and format of the related output . this promotes effectiveness and efficieny of the whole process
