2. There are many advantages for accepting and handling responsibility in different phases of life like personal responsibility and workplace responsibility. The main advantage of accepting and handling responsibility is trust. Development of trust can be the key to future success. A person will have improved self-confidence with proper handling of responsibility. Taking up a responsibility in a team will build a team spirit and will add to the betterment of teamwork. As the character develops people must be more responsible to themselves and towards others. Carrying out the job responsibility enhance the chance of success in the job and welcomes promotions. The status of the person in the organization will be improved and this would be a way of obtaining job satisfaction.

Handling and delegation of responsibility effectively improve the leadership power. Other advantages of accepting and handling responsibility are independence, decision-making ability and finally leads to self-actualization.
