Research question:

Is the increased prevalence of breast cancer among Muslim women of the US due to religious and cultural barriers that may stop Muslim women from having breast cancer screenings with mammography?

Hypothesis:

The religious and cultural barrier stops Muslim women from having breast cancer screenings with mammography, and this leads to an increase of breast cancer among the Muslim women of the US.

I have to come up with a question and a hypothesis that has never been researched before for a research proposal. Unfortunatly, my question and hypothesis has been researched to an extend. Can you help me find a topic to research that has never been researched? And what would the question and hypothesis be?

As per Lina Najib Kawar, 2013; yes religion is a part of the several reasons Palestinian and Jordanian women don't get the screening done. Other reasons include immigration-related barriers, family relationships, traditions. embarrassment etc.
