Can you help me answer question C and formulate the following questions/ research question and hypothesis into an introductory paragraph for a research proposal.

Research question:

How do Muslim women's internalized views of religion, science, modesty, and reproductive healthcare inform the access of their American born female children to mammograms for breast cancer.

Hypothesis:

Muslim born women who moved to the United states strongly hold on to their values of their religion, their views on science and modesty, and their apprehension to reproductive healthcare which impacts their female american born children's access to quality mammogram screenings.

A. What is currently known about the topic;

Breast Cancer is the leading cause of death in women in the United States irrespective of race and ethnicity. Early detection of breast cancer results in the reduction of mortality rates. Despite these, disparities in the screening program for breast cancer may occur in certain groups. The factors include home medicine, religion, beliefs, immigrant, and lack of awareness of breast cancer. Immigrant Muslim women whose cultural and religious beliefs limit the utilization of breast cancer screening program.  

B. What the gap in knowledge is. AND Therefore, based on this gap, one specific question that you will be investigating.

Muslims are less likely willing to undergo the mammogram. The lack of knowledge includes that the cancer screening is not beneficial. They feel discomfort of male practitioners during the examination. They faith in God who cures and control the diseases.

C. One sub-question to the research question choosen. (It has to be an original, it cant be something thats ever been researched.) Can you help me with this question please?

Apart from this research muslims are more particular with their diet habits like eating more high fat diet like halal meat and most of them are obese or overweight..eating high-fat diets can lead obese or overweight..overweight can be a risk factor for breast cancer..overweight women are thought to be high for getting breast cancer because the extra fat cells make estrogen,which can cause extra breast cell growth due to this extra growth they develop breast cancer..
some study shows if a girl eat high fat diet in her puberty period in later age she can get breast cancer..pakistani women high obesity prevalence among women may be partially due to cultural prohibitions against physical activity while some muslim women hiding the bloat of a large meal behind a burka..In america,for muslim women working out in gym or fitness clubs prohibited..They are not bothering about their overweight..they bothering about their health..they must have the awareness about will happaen because of overweight..
obesity increased level of circulating estrogen..so this is the primary means there is increased chance of breast cancer..Health care providers and media must create awareness program for breast cancer intervention and early detection..so that breast cancer mortality among arabic women will reduce...
