Question
Hi, I used the porometer, thermal imaging, water loss methods on 4 different plants and the results which I got was :
I have to explain why the plants showed different results ??
I weighted 2 leaves twice (before and after 2 hours) .. the wieght reduced and then we used thermal camera to record the temperature from the leaves and then we used the porometer to measure the conductivity.

In think your results are self explanatory. You tested four different plants for leaf temp, water loss and stomatal conductance and found that three of your plants (Col-0, Line 35 and Line 39) have these parameters close to each other while the fourth one (aba2-11) has all these parameters different from rest the plants.
Since I don't have any information on the variety of your plants. I'm only explaining what I'm seeing.
Your aba2-11 has highest stomatal conductance, which means the exchange of gases and vapors is expected to be highest in this plant. This is exactly what you saw in you Water Loss results, it is clear from you first graph that the water loss is highest in your aba2-11 plant.
Now, the leaf temperature is again lowest in you aba2-11 plant, this is because aba2-11 has the highest conductance hence heat dissipation through loss of water to the atmosphere is highest in this plant and therefore, it has the lowest surface temperature.
I hope I've been able to explain what you need.
Thanks!
