Human resources are the key factors for the success of each and every organization, the success of every organization depends on how effectively an organization manages this human resource. For the effective management of human resources, the organization will provide responsibilities and authorities to each and every human resource in the organization which is collectively known as job role. It includes what is his position what all things he has to do to whom he had to report. How to manage his subordinates, what all reports he has to submit to his managers etc. in every organization for each and every employee there will be responsibility, accountability, and authority. Responsibility means the duty to perform the task or work assigned to a subordinate by his superior in such a way that will provide cent percentage result to the organization. Authority means the right to order to subordinates Supervisor subordinate work and to make a certain decision for the attainment of the organizational goal. It simply Means the responsibility will be evaluated by superiors. that means if an employee has some responsibility towards the organization the top management will evaluate how effectively that employee performed his duty. and every employee has to follow a certain code of conduct and ethical codes which may be set by the organization, the professional body to which the employee is associated or society in where the organization is existing. ethics simply means certain good practices an employee have to be followed while performing his duties. Based on the position in an organization the employee's responsibility authority, as well as ethical standard, may vary. There will be the board of directors who is the representation of owners of the company to set goals for the organization and evaluate how effetely organization achieve the goal without compromising the ethical part.
