This is a very similar incident as to what happen at Virginia Tech in April 2007. Unfortunately, there have been many of these incidents at schools, universities, movie theatres, etc. The NFL Super Bowl played over the weekend with close to 100,000 spectators in attendance. What could happen there? Consider the decisions that organizations have to consider regarding this type of risk?

Yes the same thing can happen there if there is no proper security..!! For these places armed guard, CCTV camera in every street and also the residents of nation should be trained to face these type of problem..!!
