3.For digestion of the biscuit :salivary amylase and pancreatic amylase along with lactase,sucrase and maltase are involved.
For sausage:gastric HCl,pepsin,pancreatic juice with trypsin,chymotrypsin,elastase,carboxypeptidase and intestinal juice with aminopeptidase,tripeptidase and dipeptodase are involved.
For digestion of salted butter:Lingual lipase, bile and pancreatic lipase are involved.
