Ans: I will not choose that company who is offering me extra benefits for selecting its firm for printing job because this is against the ethics and against employment rules. An employee should follow some rules and ethics and as per ethics you shoould not be giving a contract or job to some one to whom you receive some kind of benefits. Hence I will not choose the firm for printing job. An employee enters into a contract as soon as he accepts the offer of employment from employer, as per the contract an employee should not be taking any benefits out of any transaction he does on behakf of the company also here company is in loss since the firm is asking more more doing printing job hence this offer will not be accepeted by me.
