They earn a good premium, because company have some good experts of the stock markets in research teams. But company manager play a unetical games here. as they make some propertiership firms. and transfers the experts in those firms. that firms made the clients of the company. Now company profit reduced and manager's firm earn huge profit from investment in share markets. This type of changing inthe composition of staff is unetical incidents.
