Choosing and developing the most appropriate topic
Considering your audience
Researching appropriate sources
Preparing and organizing the speech
Making it interesting
Explanation / Answer
First of all we need to speek to VP about the selection of topic for speech OR we can say speech is for which occasion? Besides that we need to thjink of the motive of the sppech given by VP to all employees. Is the purpose of sppech from VP to inform, to entertain or other.. If VP wants to connect to audience, then he should consider its knowledge before giving speech Eg. If all employees/ audiences are from young group he need to crack some jokes which is related to current generation just to check their connection with him (VP). Otherwise many employees will also expect some appreciation in front of others If VP feels that any employee is having a caliber to appreciate plz ask him to do the same. It will create / deliver assertive message to other employees.Body language plays a vital role in speech respond by making eye contact, face-to-face contact with that audience.
While delivering speech we need to consider how many male/ female emploees are working with organisation. We will ask VP to pin point towards female candidates, in this VP can add woman empowerment topic. In this way he can try to pull attraction from his audience.Resulting this there will be kore particiaption in the sppech from both ways. VP can also been informed about employees qualification in that manner VP can deliver his knowledge from employees perspective. In speech there are ending by summarizing our main points E. About We are growing as an rganisation, . Then try to end the speech with a strong, dynamic challenge that tells the members of the audience what you expect them to do with the information you have given them.
Try to make it interesting by cracking jokes, by giving live examples, asking some questions etc…don’t waste time by giving a sppech an entire organisatrional report, try to be specific. There are many consultant / Organisation we can suggest our VP before speech. These organisation are helping top manangment how to deliver our points to employees in terms of speed up their work.
