Without good leadership, desired change will not happen in a timely manner. Leaders need both personal qualities, notably enthusiasm, and professional skills, to involve others in decision-making and the management of change.
I do agree with the above statement. The good leadership is the lever in fostering the innovation. The leader should have strong and good characteristics, showing enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism within organization. The employees need to trust to the management in order to follow the company’s vision, which could be implemented with the effective leadership. The strong character of the leader will consist of values, beliefs, traits and professional skills.
When my boss introduced the need of change in shifting our investments to another region, most of us accepted that news with respect. Through the years, we saw our boss’s actions and his good characteristics before, which helped us to trust to the management’s decisions. One of his traits, enthusiasm, gave us the belief in what we started doing, even though the news were very bad about the invested region. With careful chosen investments, my boss was able to increase the assets under management from $5 million to $125 million in four years.

I completely agree with the above written statements. Leaders should be people who have done things on their own and have walked the path. Leader are the one who leads the group and someone who is experienced and have passion and enthusiasm will be able to guide people and show them in a right way.
Change management enables workers to adopt a change. so that business objectives are realized. It is the bridge between solutions and results, and it is about people, and our collective role of transforming change into successful outcomes for our organizations.
change in the management will gives us the increase in the revenue growth, improved customer satisfaction, reduced costs, better product or service quality, reduced risk exposure, improved quality of life and so on. Projects and initiatives are undertaken not because they are fun and exciting, but because there is an opportunity to solve the problem . Most importantly, change in the management will gave a chance to improve performance in a meaningful way. A fundamental assumption of change is that something different is possible. This gives us our higher point and the first tenet for change management.change in the invest ment from $5 million to $125 millions will increse the wealth and health of the organigation.
