The secondary source I have found is an article called Putting Food Safety FRONT AND CENTER.The article focuses on food safety in the U.S. It also runs through the logistics and technology that can help lessen risk for food customers. My Justification report focuses on keeping food safety and proper foodhandling a priority in kitchens. I feel this will help me greatly in coming up with alternatives because it delves into not just one area in which we can better our food safety, but may areas. It provides me with a diverse background of how to make these changes and why they are important.
