Atlassian is a software company. They ask their engineers to work on something that is different from their regular work. This is the time when the engineers create software hacks or prepare codes that are not part of their regular activities. They have to perform on these days and deliver something that is out of the box. These days have been named as Fedex days by the company. The result was that the time was utilised in creating some of the most required software solutions that the company has been able to sell. The reason for this was the intrinsic drive to do something good or something new.

The video focusses on not giving up on your dream. If you have a dream then you must pursue it. Don't let anybody tell you that you are not capable of achieving that dream. It is for you to prove them wrong. Some of the greates people of all times have pursued their dreams and become sucessful. However, they had to face failures in the process of working towards achieving their dream. The video was very impactful. It stresses on not giving up on our dreams and working towards making those dreams into reality.
The one best and most useful way to form strong team cohesion for your Mike’s Bikes team (as explained in the teamwork clip) is that members should take an open minded and respectful approach to discussions.
In Mike's Bikes team the goal for all the team members is to win the race. In order to do that the team will have to be open minded and respectful towards every team member's ideas and thoughts. Afterall they are all working towards achieveing the same goal. Collaboration is necessary in team work so that the best ideas come out from the discussions. There is no exception to this statement. In any context the team has to discuss and come up with ideas that can be implemented for helping the team to achieve the goal.
