Hackers are defined as the experts in a specific technology who uses the gained knowledge so as to break the computer programs and computer networks meant for their profit or just for the challenge given to them.
Where as :
Virus are the software meant for malicious intent as coded programs and which in turn can cause damage partially or completeley. Hackers are responsible to make or leaving viruses which results in massive computer damage.
