When energy policy in the US is discussed and presented, it usually contains considerable details organized by short term and long term “big ideas”. In addition, after reading the lengthy energy policy documents, plans or proposals often contain three main components to the discussion of these ideas put forth:

• Energy Independence

• Reducing Carbon Emissions

• Energy Conservation

In this assignment, you need to rank these 3 components in the order in which they are most important to you. You may use our discussion in class and information in your textbook to spark your initial ideas. As per my knowledge i will give first importance to energy conservation.Second importance to reducing carbon emission and finally to energy independence.

Here energy conservation was given first importance because,conseving energy is the main factor now a days.People are trying to conseve energy in various methods.We had to conserve energy for the next generations also.

Energy plays a most important role in the industrial sector.Every sector needs to conseve energy for the future generations.It is resposible for about 60 percent of the total commercial energy consumption.

There are many ways to reduce carbon emission.They are natural gas,oil,gasoline.Reducing carbon emission from the transport is very important.
