Between 20-30 degrees north and south Near the latitudes 45° north and 45 south O In the latitude range from 30° south to 30 north In the longitude range from 30° south to 30° north. ONear zero degrees latitude Which of the following is the main contributor to erosion in deserts? ice related processes unthoughtful partiers heat infrequent but heavy rainfall wind

Explanation / Answer

1. current climate change trends show all of the following except-

today climate change is the biggest problem in front of the human because existence of the human is all over depend on it. global warming is a most important aspect of this climate change. we are facing different problems because of global warming. in a nutshell, global warming is the process under which earth temperature is increasing continuously. and its effects are increasing temperature of the earth and sea water , increased in the level of CO2 ( co2 is the green house gas which can contain heat in the atmosphere), and because of increasing temperature glaciers are melting which is a cause of sea level rise.

so increase in land ice is not a effect of this climate change.

2. rain forest are more likely to be found -

ans- in the lattitude range from 30 south to 30 north

this region is near to the equator where temperature is quite high , because of high temperature evaporation process is also high which result in frequent rain here. these are the ideal condtions for the rainforest.

3. which of the following is the main contributor to erosion in deserts--

ans- wind is the main erosional agent in the desert. there occur low rainfall whih prevents chemical weathering and there is no other agent which is effective in these conditions except wind . wind speed is higher in the desert and dryness of the wind it makes more effective erosional agent in the desert.
