I wish u had posted the complete problem rather thanjust the answer. If you look at z table, you will see that 0.4920 correspond to z = 2.41. Formula to convert any Normal random variable x with mean u and Std Dev s to Std Normal Distn z is z = (x-u)/std sev Hope now you can figure out how 0.4920 appears in the answer.
