Surface water and ground water :
° Mass wasting occurs due to an undercutting of a mountain's base. It is a geographic process by which soil, sand and rock move down slope because of the force of gravity as a mass, it is also been affected by water. Mass wasting is also knows as slope movement.
° The suspended load is the part of its sediment uplifted by the fluids flow in the process of sedimentation transportation. The suspended loan generally contains fine Sands, small particles and clay while Bed loan is the particle in the flowing water that are transported along the bed. It moves by rolling and sliding. Hydraulic sorting is a mechanism which is responsible for the formation of coastal Placer deposits enriched with heavy mineral Sands.
° Grand water moves because of gravity and pressure, it is transported through aquifers. Under the natural conditions ground water moves along flow paths from areas of recharge to areas to discharge. In some cases, groundwater move from an upland area to a receiving water body in a matter of days.

° Areas of ocean floor are the part of the Earth's surface beneath the sea and the oceans, it's topography is highly variable.
° An active shoreline is found on the leasing edge of the continent where ur us crashing into the oceanic plate while passive shoreline is the transition between oceanic and Continental lithosphere that is not an active plate shoreline.
° Sources of sediment are the soil erosion of upland areas from overland flow, knick point migration of degrading low order systems, remobilization of stored sediments.
