Pretend that you are a prominent Federalist or Republican, such as Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, or John Adams. Your job is to write a position paper arguing for or against one of the prominent policy debates of the day. These can include but are not limited to Hamilton’s financial plan, the French Revolution, Indian Policy, Jay’s Treaty, the unofficial war with France, or the Alien and Sedition Acts.

Your position paper should state a clear argument about the policy and why you support or oppose it.

the alien sedition act were the 4 bills which was passed by the federalist dominated 5th united states congress and was signed into the law by the president john adams in 1798. it was made quite hard or you can say difficult for an immigrant to get a citizenship and become the citizen.they made the immigrant to reside only after the proper verifications. in case they were not authorized to be a citizen then considered to be a strange or alein according to the federal and the president.

i think that we should oppose this policy because there are many factors in doing so. every person have the different mental prospectives and the mental view as well as the opinions. it quite possible that what we think is not same as what other think. this means that if we oppose something and at the same time there may be person who take the favour of that. thus according to my view point and the my opinion i will oppose this policy. it is because this world is consist of many nantions, sub-nations and the teritorries. these have the huge population. it may be possible that the nations which may developed or underdevelope or in the state of developing. thus if the nation is not under the developed then there will be a hunger of house, jobs and shelter. now you think one if i man is satisfied with his living situations then he will not escape beyond that but in case if he is facing a situations of hunger, lack of jobs, money, house and undevelopement the i will think that he should go some where elese to make his life easy. and this result the immigrations of the people. now suppose you are the citizen as well as a supreme political authority of the developed nation where these kind of immigrants come. if you make then announced as the alien or strangers and did not considered them a citizen and not provide any citizenship then where will these people go. will they go out of this planet like mars or any other. that a joke.

but the main thing is that we need to give the job opportunity in our nation. they are not come to these nations for robbery inspit of that they come there to do the hard works, earn money to support their families and make them happy and a sustain life style.

thus in my opinion i think these kinds of act should not be there which are against the humanity, morality and the ethical values. we arw human and we need to help other human to live the life. if we just think only ourselves then this world will not be a place to live a sustain life for everyone.
