Answer:

There are several minerals which are necessary to reach in the human body as to maintain the balance diet and for healthy growth. But sometimes their overtaken may also hamrful, some of them are as follows;

Zinc: It is an essential mineral which should be presesnt in our daily diet but upto certain limit 6 to 15 mg/day. Deficiency of zinc may results the diseases such as immune disorders,oligospermia, growth retardation, neuropsychological functions, impaired reproduction, dermatitis and impaired wound healing etc. And the excess use of zinc may cause diseases such as abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhoea etc.

Calcium: It is good for bones and teeth, deficiency may leads to weak teeth and bones. Excess intake of calcium causes cardiac failure.

Phosphorus: Deficiency of this mineral causes rickets in children and and osteomalacia in adults.

Sodium: Deficiency of sodium may causes vomiting, diarrhea, nephrosissevere burns and intestinal obstruction.

Potassium:Deficiency of potassium may leads to diseases such as impaired neuromuscular functions of cardiac muscle, weakness in muscles, paralysis, mental confusion etc. And excess use of potassium causes advanced chronic renal failure, shock, dehydration, cardiac arrest, small bowel ulcers etc.
