tank is connected by a valve to a supply line where air at 42C and 8 bar flows steadily. The
valve is then opened and supply air is allowed to enter the tank until the pressure in the tank
reaches 8 bar, at which point the valve is closed. The contents of the tank eventually cool
back to 27C. Determine :
a. temperature in the tank at the time the valve is closed, T2 (C)
b. mass of air that entered the tank (kg)
c. nal pressure in the tank, p3 (kPa)
